Jerry Berry

Jerry Berry, B.Sc., MPA, is President of JB Consultants. He has specialized in local government for over 36 years, over 20 of which was as a City Manager.

Jerry has been a lecturer at UVic, UBC, VIU, U of A, NWCC and the Banff School of Management, as well as an invited speaker at ICMA, LGLA, LGMA, and CAMA. He is a faculty member in Capilano University’s School of Public Administration and has taught at many MATI Programs.

Jerry has been distinguished in the field “For outstanding contributions to Local Government in British Columbia, and for promoting and upholding the LGMA ideals of professional management and leadership excellence“.
